Payments and refunds

Service provision period

– Lecture service is provided within 3 months
- Due to the Lecture schedule, the service cannot be provided after 3 months.

Cancel before class starts

- 100% refund if canceled 1 week before class
- 80% refund if canceled 2 days before class

Cancel after the course starts

- Cancellation after 8 or fewer lessons: 60% of payment refunded
- 20% refund if canceled after 16 lessons or less
- No refund if canceled after 17 or more lessons
